      They offer remote positions and some weekends off

      Cons

      Pay is not sustainable, 9hr workdays but no more than 40hrs a week (no over-time allowed), semi-monthly pay, no sufficient training or coaching

      This company is always about quality and taking care of their people. There's a lot of room for growth and I appreciate the owner always looking out for the employees. Love this company!

      we get to go on a cruise to the Bahamas if we hit our goals. LOL

      - Benefits - Consistent work - Growth potential

      Cons

      - Poor communication skills - Would rather have a poor quality of work to meet 30-minute time lines per property. - Cleanliness of the fleet is at the cost of the employee - Supervision will throw you under the bus before they investigate any incident.
