Pros

Great Benifits. Salary was ok. It was interesting to see how some foods were actually created and to be part off the testing process.

Cons

Back stabbing co-workers and managers that have no idea what is going on and can't see the problem in front of them. I speak specifially of the IT organization, One person in that organization that everyone hates is leading the managers and VP around by the nose and getting them to do his bidding. If you're in IT stay well away from this group unless you like constant negativity and insults making for a terrible work envrionment.

Pros

The company has incredibly strong values, and doesn't just write them down on paper, they live them. You can feel the family owned culture, it's friendly, warm and people care about each other. The company culture also offers a lot of freedom to express ideas, take on projects and create your own path. Depending on the role, many jobs are highly remote or hybrid, which helps with work/life balance.

Cons

The company doesn't have a lot of process, which can be a blessing (you can create your own), but it can be challenging to navigate as a newcomer if you're accustomed to established ways of working.

Pros

The people you work with especially operators on 1st shift. Close to home, no major heights and okay pay.

Cons

Last minute decisions, constant schedule changes, not enough overtime, backstabbing culture within management and absolutely no room for growth. Everyone is walking on eggshells and in fear to be fired.
