Pros
Constantly given work, so the days go by quick. If your supervisor likes you, you'll have an easier time.
Cons
Office politics was above and beyond atrocious. If your supervisor isn't a strong member of management or if they don't like you, don't expect anyone to go to bat for you. Cover your butt with everything, get everything in writing, or risk being thrown under the bus. The turnover is awful, and to make it worse Group O allowed a client to order them to fire people, so we had to cover work for those that got fired even though the workload never went down and in fact increased. They don't tell the client no, even if it means an entire team works overtime all night after working a full day, request in at 4pm and have to develop test and launch by 2am the same night. The more time you take off to spend with family or because of illness, the less they look at you like a dedicated employee. They want people who live to work, not those who work to live.
