2 months of time and effort wasted. - Lead Product Designer Groupe Dynamite Employee Review

I went through a 2 month hiring process with multiple interviews, testing and obtaining reference letters from former CEOs. After the 2 months I received an offer that was 10k lower than my salary ask (which had been discussed in interview 1). The company refused to negotiate even thought it was their communication error. They took no accountability and did not even apologise for the problem. It was a total waste of my time and energy. The company showed zero regard for my time and the impacts the blindside, having passed up on other opportunities and relocating to a new city.
