Pros
1.Its a really good company to start your career and understand an MNC culture . 2. Flexible work hours no overtime pressure but no overtime pay as well which i will cover in cons. 3. Good benefits at the start of job only at the time of starting your career.
Cons
Numerous cons but would highlight the ones which i think everyone one is facing here. 1. Hierarchical issues , very less or no communication between managers and there superiors due to which bottom employees suffers. 2. Zero growth opportunity and zero retention that shows bad impact on companies name and flaws in management. 3. No increment or hike for hardworking employees and complete biasness on status irrespective of employees position. 4. Managers should be more responsible for his fellow employees which i felt is not the case here. 5. Zero benefits and companies follow old norms that were setup a long time ago which should change by time.
