Thanks so much for the review! We're hugely supportive of working parents, juggling childcare, work and life in general in no easy fete and I'm glad we've been able to support. This really does make us feel so proud! Training as you've mentioned does fall into two buckets, what you can do yourself and what we can do for you and I'm encouraged to see that you'll be taking some ownership of this too.
