Salary / Compensation on the upper range for similar brokers Local and Corporate Management are Progressive and Decent to Work for. Good Work Environment including Work Life Balance
Cons
Not a lot of down side that I can think of. GC continues to have success in growing its business, esp. in relationship to competitors in a difficult environment with plenty of headwinds.
