HARTZ provides with the most up to date sourcing tools, competitive compensation, constant celebrations for team member birthdays, yearly anniversaries and holiday parties. The partners are flexible to the needs of each team member within reason. The business is a performance-based business and you need to have a great sense of urgency and drive to be successful, its not for everyone, but if you like autonomy, fun culture and ability to make really good money, it's great!
