      Highly pressurizing for sales targets, not very formal in term of people they hire and hence the base pay is relatively low.

      Not single only cons salry low but credited on time.

      Cons

      At time of joining the told good incentive and lead will provide but after joining source your own lead from open market...for earning incentive you need to fufill various conditiom its rediculous.
