Pros
Lovely company to work for, very friendly atmosphere and great team spirit. Fantastic new office right in the centre of Leeds. Flexible hybrid working. Lots of change at the moment but there is real care for how that is being managed and affecting the team.
Cons
None - this is honestly the best place I have ever worked by some margin.
