Wow, this place feels like crazy town. Management from one county moves over to another, brings toxic, outdated, micromanaged framework of service over and manages to secure a promotion in the mix. Previous HC management returns to the office after leave, as mentioned in previous reviews on Glassdoor and seems like just a body at a desk - better than before, I suppose. Directorial leadership is, anything but helpful. Seems to enjoy conflict, drama and has truly the most incompetent, confusing "communication" skills around. This, from a top leader? The organization is toxic and dysfunctional from the very heavy top, down. Many programs are under-performing and it seems much of this is due to leadership who are stuck in their ways, formulaic, drama-driven and clearly NOT on the same page.
