      Great Atmosphere, Family dynamics, Owned by Nucor a large company that provides more access to resources and benefits

      Cons

      Out dated office, management reluctant to keep employees and invest in their success, very high turn-over rate. Obvious favoritism within office. Pay not at par with industry average. Work-life balance not a priority

      ESOP Company which means that all full-time employees hold Hannibal stock. Receptive management with a desire to improve. Tons of experience and industry expertise

      Some outdated ways of doing things, need to continue to push so that Hannibal remains on pace with developing technologies.
