Some interesting projects. If you're junior, you can learn a lot.

Terrible work environment and terrible politics - this place is very cliquey, not team oriented. Terrible hours - employees get rewarded for staying after 5pm, and penalized for leaving on time (unless they're VPs, in which case they come and go as they please and don't contribute much). Projects are run on the backs of 20-somethings who are just trying to get a break. Promotions are given based on politics not merit.

excellent for students, wonderful colleagues, interesting work, pays above minimum wage

Very difficult to advance or maintain steady hours from week to week. very seasonal business. Can be Cliquey at times. Raises are hard to come by.
