We’re sorry to hear that your experience has felt different from what you had anticipated—especially given the trust you placed in joining our team. We hear the frustration in your words and understand how difficult it can feel when expectations and reality do not align.
We do want to clarify an important point in your review: our hiring materials, job postings, and website all consistently reference a goal of 25 billed hours per week, rather than 25 individual clients. While we understand this distinction can feel significant in practice, it has always been our intention to be transparent about performance expectations from the outset. The majority of our clinicians are able to meet this goal without carrying an unsustainable number of clients, and we provide support to help each clinician maintain a balanced, manageable caseload.
We're sorry that you did not feel that our organization was a good fit for you. The vast majority of our employees—clinical, operational, and support—have been clear in their appreciation for the culture and environment we have worked hard to develop at Headlight.
