Pros
A really decent job for those without college or technical training but still are determined and have an open mind with a willingness to learn. I got two 20 min breaks and a 30 min lunch in a 12 hour shift. Room for advancement
Cons
More than typical micromanagement. Makes for less of a comfortable working environment. Makes you feel on edge like nothing you ever do is enough. When work is slow or there's not much to do they get on your case make you feel like you should be hitting goals and doing more when there's not enough work available to do so. Mere minutes to leaving time they pressure you to hit goals and do extra production when you should be shutting down just to hit goals. Potential longevity with employer, but I was laid off, so that is circumstantial. Potential but not certain job security.
