5yWe always try to improve ourselves as a company and value every feedback. We appreciate that you liked our office and interior. Although we mainly work from home during the pandemic, we still try to offer the best working environment possible.
At HeyJobs we implemented a mandatory personal development per employee, which is updated two times a year together with the direct manager. We always aim to offer a long term perspective for each individual in our team. In engineering we use Jira and git as well as our OKR system to organize and visualize our work. Which should help every employee to do their best and to showcase success.
