No staff recognition at all, be lucky to get a well done! They do awards but the results are fixed. Hardly any incentives. No matter how hard you work it’s expected of you HR - awful, most corrupt out of all. Inappropriate behaviour, not professional, last person you’d go to for advice unless you want rest of business to know. When I left I left I didn’t even get an acknowledgment from HR, they wipe their hands with you. If your face doesn’t fit, you’re out the door Poor communication mainly from director/senior level! No career path, guidance or objectives
