There are many opportunities provided for career training and growth. Employee contributions are duly recognized and rewarded in the form of the AIP bonus as well as significant raises.

This is more of a general con that is peculiar to the healthcare industry. But it can take a lot to keep up with the ever evolving and fast paced nature.

Cons
Very rigid work environment due to Federal guidelines. Customer Service policies didn't always make sense - sometimes long wait times when getting answers to questions for providers. Long provider calls - four hour calls with 28 claims to asist with. Needed to stay on call even if shift ended. Call quality when working with international clients could be difficult at times.
