Pros

Good health care and a money match on 401k. Lots of really caring co-workers trying their best.

Cons

Low to no bonus all to frequently. Bonus by the trimester. It is not an employer that incentives real go getters. The job you wear many hats as a Rep. From advertising, customer management tools, website analytics, quickbooks, showroom display set up, oh and then window covering. This job should be paid twice what it pays. Reps touch a part of all aspects of dealers business, because of an Alliance program. This program is as close to a franchise as you can get. Low pay little praise.

Pros

There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

Cons

Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
