Cons
1. Most of their hedging are done discretionarily by the team lead/senior management. If they lose money, you'll get scolded. Not directly, but indirectly on stuffs that are not related. 2. Learn nothing in the company, only do repetitive & monotonous stuffs. If next company asks what you do, you won't be able to answer except "Send reports and do repetitive stuffs." 3. Things that are done by the senior management and leads do are very easy but they just gatekeep it so they won't lose their title. 4. Typical Chinese-man company - Micro manage, politics, etc. Some colleagues are AH with no intrinsic value. It's just following SOP, job isn't very hard. Don't be a B. You're lucky no one fights back.
