      Same level colleagues are great to work, always able to help. Good place to start your work experience.

      Cons

      No growth prospects There is no room for innovation, stuck in the 80's On call system is terrible Managers don’t really know the product and sell impossible features Managers know about cryonics system problems and don’t work to solve them
