      Great people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Management is full of researchers promoted to the position with no real world experience managing people. Not a lot of communication between managers and staff. Very little opportunity to grow, unless you have a Ph.D in economics.

      Collaborative envt, very international crowd esp among research assistance staff, pay just ok for dc

      Cons

      Hard to advance without a PhD, learning opportunities really depend on project and on supervisor - not standardized even within divisions
