      Smart people, Friendly & very relaxed environment, Large financial budgets on most projects, Hosts lectures from great people.

      Cons

      Upper management occasionally cause many artificial limits on the work, Low pay (for some), Most projects are funded by military, Has only 1 location that can be quite boring for young people.

      Self managed, open think environment. Supportive of all ideas, and motivational principles.

      Cons

      Currently just the government funded research being brought to a halt due to the state of things 2025.
