Having worked in Big4 the exposure here is incredible You get to learn and engage in so much of the full banking model Full scale retail and business bank Digital advanced under the hood = fun and opportunities Genuine care about staff and customers Work life balance is real Head office has showers and is metres from beach

Same thing that gives you exposure to the full banking model also means you end up managing a real big portfolio or business (I like it, but can be a challenge if you like to stick within a small remit) Opportunities for new roles is slower compared with Big 4
