Pros
What most people like about ISPA is that the schedule you work is decided by you. You can come into the office as early as 6:00 and as late as 7:00 am, so you have the afternoon to enjoy when you leave. They do offer healthcare benefits, 10 holidays per year, pretty standard.
Cons
Not a lot of raises. We usually got a small cost of living increase each year, but nothing to write home about. No Christmas bonuses, but not a lot of people are giving them. I also felt that some people were chosen over others who didn't seem to have any other skills that set them apart from other team members, but they were promoted based on --- what, I'm not sure.
