Could use improvement - Program Coordinator Identity Employee Review

Great position for entry level to get foot in the door. Great workplace. Good coworkers

Pay was very minimal for the work that was put in but at the end of the day it was a great job.

The work is rewarding, working with in schools is great, have "self-care days", follow federal holiday schedule and have a winter break, depending on program managers can be flexible and good to work with.

Bad pay, less than $0.50 cent raise, program directors are out of touch with day-to-day activities,
