      Good pay and benefits. Consistent hours with room to grow if you desire.

      It’s a small company trying to grow too rapidly. Too many things fall through the cracks because everything is an emergency.

      Pros

      Freedom to make your own decisions whether those decisions fail, it is looked at as a learning experience and not something to be written up for or get into trouble. No micromanagement from higher up's.

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be better. Pay could be better.
