If you're looking to learn Japanese.. This is the job for you.. Quick caveat tho.. the definitions of those words are not the same definitions as the Japanese.. They made them up. If you don't learn them.. You will never get a raise. They operate the Toyota "Lean Method". Which might sound great, but they turned it into a cultish religion.
