Pros

I miss working with everyone in the office. Every developer, project manager, business analyst on my teams have been helpful and knowledgeable. When I started working here I had a general programming skillset and ITG invested in training resources I am now very grateful for (e.g. ServiceNow Certificates, Knowledge Conference)

Cons

Benefits and training incentives might be different under ICF, but this unknown. I know the firm's focus has been on government and health contracts, but would like to see more opportunities in the work I can participate in outside of government.

Pros

Very strategic upper management, with a clear direction on where they want to take the company. The company invests heavily in hiring the right people and will do whatever it takes to keep top talent. Open door policy empowers all employees, from junior to senior level, the ability to introduce ideas that can help shape the face of the company. Each and every employee is empowered to take ownership in the direction of the company as there is a very tight 'team' feel to the organization. Junior resources are looked to as the future of the company and as such as are put into work situations that force them to grow outside of their comfort zones.

Cons

Company has seen incredible growth in the past 2+ years, but internal infrastructure has not kept up with that growth. Processes and procedures are immature, disorganized, or rarely followed. This is a natural effect of a small, rapidly growing company, where many people wear many different hats. Ultimately this is not sustainable, but there are signs of this improving, starting with the hiring of a full time COO in 2015 and initiatives being put in place in Q1 2016.
