Communication can lack rarely I am mentoring a new grad and the management has been making up my schedule for most shifts (this will end when the mentorship ends). I do wish pay was better. It is not as high as Roo even after taxes.

Just another veterinary corporation that will throw you to the wayside when it's time to cut costs. Forced to work part time instead of full time due to profits, with little notice. Relief pays a LOT more if you do it on your own.
