      Supportive and caring manager; flexibility, ability to make role your own, with participants who want to engage can feel rewarding.

      Cons

      Lots of travel, sometimes ambiguous parameters of job description, difficult participants, monotonous at times.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
