Pros
Great place to get your feet wet. It's a Fortune 100 and will look great on your resume. Onsite cafeteria, depending on which building you're in
Cons
Zero job stability. Absolutely no training yet many, many processes you're expected to learn on your own. After a few months of working here my manager admitted there isn't a whole lot of training, IMM just throws you in, sink or swim - and those were her words exactly. Very poor communication; a few months went by and no one (including my manager) knew if my coworker switched teams. Yet the newest employee was expected to pick up the missing coworker's responsibilities with no explanation for what was going on. No one wants to do their job which makes the processes even more complicated. Warehouse employees were not pleasant to work with. Messy work politics and taking a lunch is frowned upon. Ageism towards younger workers too.
