Pros

Lovely people in charge, well meaning and pleasant

Cons

Little support when starting, Asked for examples and never got an example of what they wanted. Disorganised. If you complete a lesson it then has to be reviewed (fair enough), then you do edits, then it gets reviewed again, then if OK you have to rewrite it in the client’s online environment, then the client reviews it and suggests edits ( fair enough), you then do edits and once those are done you will get paid for it. This process takes about 3 months. The pay ends up being about $7 an hour so not financially beneficial. The guidance for writing lessons was just not there and the databases for creating the lessons and finding material were jumbled and not intuitive.
