Very Boring - Quality Assurance Innovative Labs Employee Review

I enjoy what I do and I love working with the team. I have grown a lot working in IL.

I can't think of anything at the moment.

People are great and knowlegable.

Benefits are not the greatest, and there is no culture. For example at a previous employer we would get tacos on Cinco de Mayo, Ice cream in the summer, but nothing here. I get we're a business but there needs to be some fun involved as well to keep people happy, There is also no 401 k. Why are you not doing this to help employees.
