      An interesting job in terms of tasks and responsibilities.

      Cons

      - Complete lack of appreciation for hard work and lack of ongoing support (sorry, but a pizza lunch on an odd Friday or an experience voucher once a year aren't enough) - Hard-working staff are usually fired on the spot when they flag an issue with the management rather than offered support or a solution - People are expected to work long hours, management leaves the office at 5pm and wishes everyone a good evening rather than staying and helping - Toxic environment, unfair ways of promoting people - Management monitored google chat between employees, as there was no phone signal in the building (3G/4G) they switched off wifi to keep staff off their personal phones - Low salaries, no bonuses

      LT esp CEO hears everyones, EVERYONE's ambition to grown and puts in place solid plans to achieve Growing rapidly and ensuring everyone is up to date on growth and success, ensuring all staff get input Onboarding Training is fantastic, all on a portal, all online and easy to access at own pace. Informative and engaging Listens to what staff enjoys doing and try's to accommodate in roles where they can

      Spend you own money to book car rentals and hotels. Lots of traveling to places.
