Pros

MacBook on loan. Salaries are paid on time.

Cons

This review is intended as a serious warning to prospective candidates, especially those relocating or leaving stable positions. The reality of the company culture and working environment is drastically different from what is communicated during the interview process. - Work-life balance is non-existent (deceptive hybrid policy): you will be told the policy is 3 days in the office; the reality is that there is intense pressure to be present 5 days a week. Working from home is seen as a lack of "grit." Furthermore, expect mandatory, unpaid overtime, often late into the evenings, which must be performed from the office. Employees are routinely pressured to meet ridiculously short, artificial deadlines. - Pointless meeting culture: the day begins with mandatory 9:00 AM "huddles" and quickly turns into an endless succession of pointless meetings. While the interview suggests you are being hired for your expertise, sharing a dissenting or expert opinion on strategy is unwelcome. The expectation is unquestioning obedience: you are there to execute poor, top-down strategy and accept the blame when projects inevitably fail. - Toxic and abusive leadership: the founder's behavior is the primary driver of the toxic culture. There is a profound lack of basic professional empathy. Expect expletive-laden messages via Slack outside of working hours. Public shaming and scapegoating in meetings are common, creating a hostile environment that severely stresses middle managers, who then inevitably pass that pressure down to their teams. - High churn and burnout: the internal culture demands "grit" (unquestioning obedience and excessive, unpaid labor). If you are not prepared to deliver this level of compliance and overtime, you will not last long. The high stress and toxic environment have led to a significant percentage of the workforce currently being on burnout leave.

Pros

International Environment Multicultural team with employees from various backgrounds

Cons

Lack of Strategic Vision – Frequent process changes without a clear business development roadmap. Weak Leadership – Inexperienced managers unable to coach, support, or retain talent. Disregard for Structure – Managers intentionally maintain disorganization ("fog") instead of offering clarity. Respect the Complexity of Insurance Insurance is not a lifestyle app — it’s a regulated, trust-based industry. Your product and growth strategy must be informed by people who understand risk, compliance, and client needs. Oversights here can lead to legal exposure and customer churn. Fix the Management Culture "Letting the fog sort out the strong from the weak" is not a leadership strategy — it’s a failure to lead. Clarity, consistency, and communication are not optional; they are prerequisites for any serious organization. Learn to handle disagreement and create structure where people can thrive.
