Pros

Many colleagues are brilliant, kind, and supportive. You’ll work alongside some of the most interesting and talented people from diverse backgrounds. Several mid-level managers do an excellent job protecting and supporting their teams, without them, even more people might have left.

Cons

While the company presents itself as innovative and people-focused, the reality can be quite different. The culture can feel unforgiving, with little tolerance for those who don’t fit a very narrow mold. Leadership is highly CEO-centric, with top-down decision-making and limited room for input. Expectations are often unrealistic, and burnout is common. High turnover speaks volumes, and what initially seems like a revolutionary product can feel less impressive from the inside.

Pros

International Environment Multicultural team with employees from various backgrounds

Cons

Lack of Strategic Vision – Frequent process changes without a clear business development roadmap. Weak Leadership – Inexperienced managers unable to coach, support, or retain talent. Disregard for Structure – Managers intentionally maintain disorganization ("fog") instead of offering clarity. Respect the Complexity of Insurance Insurance is not a lifestyle app — it’s a regulated, trust-based industry. Your product and growth strategy must be informed by people who understand risk, compliance, and client needs. Oversights here can lead to legal exposure and customer churn. Fix the Management Culture "Letting the fog sort out the strong from the weak" is not a leadership strategy — it’s a failure to lead. Clarity, consistency, and communication are not optional; they are prerequisites for any serious organization. Learn to handle disagreement and create structure where people can thrive.
