Pros

Healthcare Flexible with work locations Flexible with time off Everyone who's left ended up at a better job on their first try 🤔

Cons

This company has a CEO who doesn't know what he's doing half the time. (The title doesn't mean you're qualified) Very little professional growth. (Low ceiling) Instructions are sometimes muddled due to communication insufficiencies. The CEO is NEVER at fault. You are easily replaceable and they will prove it. You are a number before you're a person. Mentally draining. Employment is a revolving door with new faces in and out. You can't be honest on anonymous surveys because they will find you and you may not be there much longer afterwards. (it's happened) The pay is atrocious. The thought is because there are some employees that have been there for multiple years that it's an ideal place to work which is very short-sighted... And that seems to be a common theme You may be asked to write reviews to boost company ratings on Google, Glassdoor etc. ( Notice how many positive reviews came in on October the 4th 🤔)

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

The owners are absolute tyrants who constantly berate their employees and operate by creating a culture of fear and intimidation. They constantly test employees by asking for feedback, and if they do not like the answer they receive they retaliate against them. They are extremely aggressive in how they speak to employees and even vendors. They make unreasonable demands and if they are not met you are yelled at and met with expletives. Any attempt to advocate for yourself is not tolerated. Additionally you are asked to handle tasks for their other business and personal life. Employees are forced to leave fake reviews on Glassdoor and Google to drown out the negative feedback they receive (check the dates, most positive reviews are left in the same timeframe). Overall, it’s just a sad tale of two brother who took over the family business and have no earthly idea what they are doing, and take their insecurities and frustrations out on the people who unfortunate enough to end up as their employees.
