      Pros

      Really Nice people. Shoreside medical support is great. Management support is better than industry standard. Great end of career

      Cons

      Lower pay. Older equipment Very little autonomy LOTS of paperwork using Excel. Think 1997 Not alot of medicine. Mostly paperwork and clerk stuff.
