Pros

Imagine not knowing how to swim and being thrown in the water (without a life jacket or proper training). That's what life is like at Internshala. There is no proper mentoring of freshers, as the management doesn't know anything themselves. The CEO is a fool graduated from IIT who thinks he knows everything. Their CTO is a Mechanical Engineering graduate lol

Cons

Micro-mangement by the so called illiterate and unqualified "Business Heads". No proper office space. Poor leave policy.

1) there are many job availability

Cons

1) some of the jobs which they offer are really weird and sometimes don’t even answer you after being selected 2)Their customer care is also not that great 3) they are not that user friendly
