Good company - Software Engineer Intertrust Technologies Employee Review

I have been working with this company for the past 25 years and it's like a family.

Haven't come across any to pen down.

good culture, competitive compensation, very good insurance benefits;

not stable financially (constant layoffs); no growth opportunity, flat structure (you will be stuck with a senior title for ages); no severance package after layoff even when you gave 15 years to the company;
