Pros

They’re good at convincing you to force yourself to stay. Through constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and a culture that glorifies overwork, they make you believe you have to keep pushing — even when every ounce of your sanity is begging you to quit. Not because it’s good for your career, not because you’re valued, but because you’re made to feel guilty, replaceable, and fearful.

Cons

Chaotic, last-minute operations Zero processes, zero clarity Work-life balance? A joke. Toxic pressure glorified as “growth” Incompetent, reactive leadership No recognition, no support, no resources

Pros

Great opportunity when it comes to learning and growing! The team is extremely supportive and they help in every way possible.

Cons

1 day-off every week is less, although startups need people everyday since the work load is aggressive at times.

Pros

There is nothing good about the company, treats their employees like horses for horse race.

Cons

As an Intern its my duty to be able to learn and then complete tasks accordingly, but it seems that in this company your internship duration is for 45 days and then you have to start working as a full time employee for the minimum wage that you are getting, while the full timers are doing the same tasks for a way higher wage rate. Another thing in the JD, there is no clear explanation as to what the company wants the employees to do. Hence there is not visible explanation as to why I have to do some target based thing. Even if I complete those tasks there are no extra benefits or incentive that I will be receiving for that. The Indian Labor Code states that an employee should not be working more than 48 hours a week without overtime pay, here the company general hours are 9hrs a day for 6 days a week which comes down to 56hrs weekly. Here that is also not followed, let alone overtime pay almost everyday you have to work overtime to complete your targets which aggregates to almost 58-60hrs weekly. Generally every company have to follow a set of holiday list which includes national holidays, regional holidays and personal employee holidays. Here the employees are expected to work though all the national holidays including the start and end of the year too. Now coming to the recruitment part, the company says it still a startup but the scale at which the company is working, it is not something a startup can do. The main thing is they have hired more than 50 interns within the company across all department, and they seem to be hiring till now. The company runs on interns and there is no chance of getting a full time employment from a herd of interns.
