      good work life balance. Great colleagues. Good Location. Work from home sometimes. Easy to approach people.

      Cons

      less growth opportunities. Temporary clients. Not more growth opportunities for junior. Definitely has chance to be a great company.

      Pros

      My good experience began with recruitment. Manoj was thorough, professional and ready to help with any stumbling blocks. I have been with them 5 years now and I would not leave them unless they threw me out. I've worked for a lot of contract firms and this is one of the best from their payroll system and pay, HR, and communications to their support staff.

      Cons

      If you're not used to working for contract firms, you may not understand the difficulties a company faces in order to represent you professionally. This is one of the better ones from my experience.
