Pros
This company is made of toxic upper management and people who don't really know what they're doing or where they're going. Really disjointed efforts everywhere but the engineers and operations teams who are on field and who face the clients work very hard trying to pull it off. The strategy of this company is the worst and they have internal reward programs that they run to reward members of their team for free marketing posts on linkedin and that's how they try to get visibility.
Cons
- Every accolade they have gotten is bought. - Every award, every news coverage, everything is paid for and bought. - Their product is so weak that they actually have a solutions team that lies through their teeth to get new clients and big brands to work with them.
