Clever people but long working hours and not very entrepreneurial - Research Manager Ipsos Employee Review

Long hours, good with process but not very entrepreneurial, offices at Borough are very outdated. Nowhere to progress as there are too many directors and they stay a long time even though they may not be the best people for senior roles. The culture is not very open, you either fit in and do what you are told or you may as well leave. Sometimes respect is lacking towards younger or new employees.
