Pros
The salary and benefits are better in comparison to most other companies in the area. Less turn over than some other daycares.
Cons
The culture of the company had reached a low when I left. There was a lot of turn over and a lot of chaos. However, I have heard since, that they have taken drastic measures to go back to some of the more successful practices.
