Pros

A company that truly cares about its people -- what an idea! Flexible with working remotely, adaptive to change and tough enough to survive anything, transparent about internal happenings and an all-around a fun place to spend your work days. Oh, and the work that comes out of this place is epic.

Cons

Pretty fast-paced, accountable for lots of partners (but also allows you to rely on experts in their field) and you wear lots of hats.

Fast-paced, which sometimes would mean long hours and late nights in order to meet client deadlines, but if those are negatives for you...maybe you shouldn't consider agency life?

Pros

At it's core, Jacob Tyler provides an entrepreneurial spirit and makes for a good opportunity for those driven to do more. At Jacob Tyler, employees are able to take ownership in not only their work but the agency itself. No matter your role, rank, or tenure, every team member has a voice and is encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.

Cons

With 16-years in the industry, Jacob Tyler has been able to keep a start-up mentality. For the right folks this is beneficial, however it can present a challenge for those seeking to coast. The opportunity to grow and evolve the agency is ever present and it requires the right individuals with the drive to succeed.
