      Salary is comparatively ok. HR is employee friendly

      Cons

      Partialism is at the top. You need to be a constant boot licker for appraisal and promotion. Honestly speaking your performance doesn't matter that much. People with 89% quality score can get promoted as QA. While people with 95% don't get anything. TL, manager all are egoist. One can't even except minimum support from them. For any kind of problems always the associates will be in the firing line. TL can even pressurize you to leave the job.
