Pros

Not terrible for an entry level position. Lots of OT, so the pay ends up being a bit higher than expected.

Cons

It was not a great facility(no climate control). Lots of turnover, so lots of training.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the role offered a relaxed environment and helpful colleagues, with overtime contributing to better-than-expected pay. However, we understand that facility conditions and high turnover can create challenges, especially with constant training demands. Your input helps highlight areas where improvements in infrastructure and retention could make a meaningful difference.

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
