Pros

Met and worked with some amazing people.

Cons

Bad pay, poor commission structure, micromanaging, no transparency and ridiculous KPI's and targets for certain accounts. Lots of fake promises made frequently, pretty bad turnover rate too. Some really good sales people are being pushed away due to all of this. You're paying people 35k and expecting them to hit ridiculous KPI's while giving them no freedom whatsoever. Insane amount of meetings held with no purpose apart from making sure that employees are in front of their screens. There are some decent managers, but the pressure on them is immense, which essentially pushes them to micromanage. The commission structure is horrible to say the least. Most people in upper management have nothing much to say apart from giving the most cliche advice/speeches each week.

We really appreciate you leaving us a review. We review KPIs and targets each and every month to be sure goals are both ambitious and achievable. We're obsessive about conversion data, so our KPIs will fluctuate as campaigns launch and provide insight into what's working and what's not. On accounts where commission is uncapped, it is not uncommon for base salaries to be a bit lower--as is common practice in most sales organizations. We evaluate compensation on a quarterly basis to ensure we are fair and competitive with the expectations of the market. Our monthly All Hands meetings have received praise from employees for their transparency, which is something we will continue to do. Thank you again for taking time to leave us a review.

Pros

To be able to realize and look for red flags from the " jump" for your next job.

Cons

Where to begin? There is honestly too much to even put here. When a company has this many bad reviews, which they did at the time I joined, I really should have taken it as a sign to run. Within the first month, we were paid several days late ( our first normal pay check ) which was not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time according to many employees. There was no real reason why despite the most disrespectful and pathetic meeting EVER held by the CEO. Top performers, managers, HR , directors all quit within my short time there. It was almost like a revolving door which became comical at one point. People appointed new roles CLEARLY were not suitable. New people would come and leave almost immediately. Zero transparency on what was going on. Encouragement to literally " scrape " to get by was urged but then you were terminated for it. Less than 5% of people were making money by hitting quota. A couple months in I didn't know what we were supposed to do, report to, or even who we worked for. Chaos doesn't even scratch the surface. Everyone is a snake here and only cares about themselves. And no, this is not a spiteful message, if you ask 95% of people if you should work here, they would say RUN. That was literally the mentality of everyone while I was there. Save yourself time and move on to the next opportunity. Trust me.
